The Western Asian country of Lebanon is often overlooked by travelers because of safety concerns, and rightfully so, however the natural beauty of the country is undeniable. Hugging the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, boasting otherworldly coasts and cliffs, the capital of Beirut is where Red Bull and daredevil Alex Mason found themselves for this adrenaline-filled video shoot. The formation highlighted below sends two parallel rocks from the water to the sky with a slackline dangling between. While there’s about a handful of people that would tight-rope walk across this absurdly high suspension, it’s an intriguing video that wonderfully displays a country that most don’t call, or think of as, “gorgeous”. Check out the following to get a better glimpse of what we’re talking about, as well as someone crazily taking their life in their hands (safely of course).
